Seoul needs a winter coat and warm layers. Busan and Jeju were milder on average, but their observed samples still included below-freezing days.
Afternoons were mild, but the average low stayed 8–12°C. Pack a removable outer layer instead of relying on the daytime high alone.
All four locations were hot even at night. Seoul and Busan also recorded rain on more than half of comparable days, so heat and rain both belong in the packing plan.
Seoul evenings were cooler than the southern cities. A light outer layer makes a multi-city trip easier without requiring separate wardrobes.
Each travel date is matched to a 15-day seasonal window at one Seoul station, one Busan station and separate north and south Jeju stations.
The result includes average low and high, observed range, coverage and clothing guidance. It is not a forecast.A rain day means at least 0.1 mm was recorded. The result shows both the share of rain days and average precipitation.
A past rain-day share is not the probability of rain on your future trip.Current schedules come from tourism or organiser sources. Korean listings may be summarised in English while the original title and link remain visible.
No result means no connected official record was found; it does not prove that no local event exists.
